How to access your mail on any browser using webmail
To access the Web mail service for one of your email addresses:
- In the URL address bar of your web browser type in webmail followed by your domain name. For example if your domain is yourdomain.com then enter webmail.yourdomain.com.
NOTE: Do not enter www before the address, or you will get an error.
- The WebMail login page appears:

- For the Mailbox enter the email address you want to check. Unlike your POP mailbox, enter this WITHOUT the @yourdomain.com.
- Enter your password and click on the Login button. A list of your email messages appears:

- For full details on how to use the WebMail service click on the Help link at the top of the WebMail page.
- To quit WebMail click on the Logout link.
Webmail for Standard and Advanced mailboxes does not have a sent mail folder. This is a limitation of POP3 mailboxes in general - they are designed to let users download mail to their own computer and organise it there, rather than have folders in their mailbox.
If you need to refer back to sent mail from a web mail type of application,
you should upgrade to an Exchange mailbox which provides this functionality
in Outlook Web Access. To find out more about this option, please contact
